What we keep

Your chosen name, country or region, profile details, event attendance, RSVPs, and photos you decide to upload.

Photos and consent

Only upload a photo when everyone clearly pictured is comfortable with it being shared inside the community. Uploaders may delete their own photos; administrators may hide inappropriate content.

Check-in

Check-in records the event, member, time, and entry source. It does not request GPS location.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, change visibility, delete photos you uploaded, and request deletion of your account and personal data.
